Maoists chased away 15 family members of security personnel from the village - Narayanpur (Bastar)

Narayanpur (Bastar) Chhattisgarh Bastar Narayanpur Maoism: Naxalites are frustrated due to continuous strict action against Maoists in the state. They have now started trying to create new problems for the common people. This time they have started harassing the families of security personnel living in the villages. They are threatening them to leave their native place. One such case has come to light.
According to the information received, due to continuous action of security personnel in Chhattisgarh, continuous death of comrades, arrest and return home, Naxal organization is getting weakened. As a result of this, 15 family members of District Reserve Guard (DRG) jawans living in Musalnar village of Adanar in Narayanpur district have been evicted from the village by Naxalites.

Shelter in the district headquarters
According to information received from the police, Naxalites issued an order to the families on Sunday that they should leave the village immediately or else the consequences will be bad. After receiving the order from the Naxalites, 15 members of the family, worried about some untoward incident, left the village on Tuesday evening and took shelter in the district headquarters.
Public representatives also left the village to save their lives
It is worth noting that there are many people in Narayanpur district who are already forced to leave the village and live in the district headquarters due to Naxal terror, which includes recently awarded Padma Shri Hemchand Manjhi and many Sarpanch-Panch.
Arrangements for rehabilitation will be made: IG
On the matter, Inspector General of Police of Bastar Range Sundarraj P said on Wednesday that information is being gathered about how 15 people from the families of DRG jawans had to leave the village and come here, they will be taken care of. Arrangements for their rehabilitation will be made.

Two members killed by Naxalites
Meanwhile, family member Ranu Panda said that the Naxalites have already killed two members of the family which has been evicted from the village by the Naxalites accusing them of supporting the police. A youth of the family is a jawan in DRG. The Naxalites are not happy with this and an order has been issued to expel the family from the village.
